You're mixing up your requests.
Your money transfer is in its tenth day. You need to consider working days, not weekdays.
As for your pictures, you will have to wait for those to get moderated. That's all. There is currently a huge moderation backlog, as contributors are adding more pictures than the moderation team can handle.
