Do not contact Adobe customer support for contributor problems.

As told by @Ricky336, you just need to wait. Unfortunately, the waiting times are currently high. Adobe is working on the problem, but a solution is only coming slowly. There are probably still hundreds of thousands of assets waiting for moderation.

As soon as your ID is confirmed, your assets will be moderated and moderation is in the order of submission.

I see that you're a first time visitor here in the Community Forum. While you're here, take a few minutes to peruse other recent posts, and you'll learn that review delays are a frequent topic here. Moderation of Generative AI assets is taking 1-2 months, due to the huge influx of such assets, many of them from contributors who have uploaded hundreds, or even thousands, at a time. There is nothing you can do hasten the process except be patient.
