Hello Adobe,
My account has been deactivated, and I don’t know why this happened. I believe I haven’t violated any Adobe policies, as I create 100% original designs. If you believe I’ve committed plagiarism, please provide an example of the design in question, and I can prove it is my own, as I also sell my work on other marketplaces.
Secondly, if this issue is related to "download bombing," please consider reducing the earnings from those downloads rather than penalizing my account. I am not concerned about reduced earnings as long as my account can be reactivated.
I apologize if there was any unintended error on my part. I promise that if my account is reinstated, I will be more cautious and will not repeat any mistakes.
Please give me a second chance.
