Hey good Folks!
My Account was deactivated out of the blue! I Got an email saying your account was deactivated ( in the email the reason was not mentioned).
I have contact Adobe through 'Contact us' Link, and i got case update stating general message (also no mention of reason why i got suspended)
So can you guide me what should i do?
Option 1: Wait till i get another email stating the reason of account suspension? and How should i know if there will be a second email?
Option 2: Should i email Adobe for Appeal process
P.S. I have already got a reply following "Contact Us" link , will i get another reply?
A ticket was created when you used the Contact Us link. There is no need to contact Adobe again. They will get back to you after their investigation is completed. Be sure to check your Junk/Trash folder in the meantime to make sure you don't miss their response. But, since you did in fact note that you received a follow-up email, that probably won't be an issue.
You can't really start an appeal for an unknown issue and it's possible your account will be reinstated when the investigation is com
...It seems unlikely, but no one here in the Contributor Community can answer that question.

You can't really start an appeal for an unknown issue and it's possible your account will be reinstated when the investigation is complete. That can take awhile, depending on the number of accounts being investigated in front of yours.

I don't think they do "routine checkups". They don't suspend accounts unless there is evidence of a possible violation of T&C's.

Oh Ok then i will wait for the second reply as the first reply from "Contact us" did not mention the reason of account blocked so i am waiting for the next reply thanks btw.

4 months is a long time. Normally I would guess that Adobe did send you some message to tell you about the progress. It is, however, very common, that the user either disregards that message or that the message gets moved to the spam folder.
In the past (5 years ago), Adobe gave from time to time feedback on such requests, and the feedback was of the kind "we did answer you on x, y and z. However, nowadays, as blockings are getting quite common, because less and less contributors read the requirements, there is no shuch feedback anymore. Adobe would do only feedbacks instead of resolving issues. And my guess is that blocked accounts are not a very high priority, especially if the account holds many assets violating the terms.
I would consider creating a new account and making sure, not to reapeat the mistakes of the first one.
