Hi,

I have uploaded avector file which has been in the review for the last 3 months. Is there any way to directly contact the adobe stock support team?

Not really, no. Most people doing so get an automatic email response that isn't of much help. A lot of contributors have been waiting 3 months or longer. The best advice we can give is to wait.

As others have pointed out, however, the situation is more or less normal, as of this time, abd Adobe does not take specific action for this type of issue. Nearly everyone is waiting today that long.

Hi @Kamrul Hasan Noor ,

You can

Click on the "Contact us" at the bottom of your contributor page.

For Category select "Content".

For subcategory select Moderation time

You will see information that reads:

"Assets are reviewed in the order they are received, and the wait time can vary depending on the volume of assets in the queue. It can occur that the queue is experiencing a significant backlog, resulting in a longer wait time than usual. Rest assured, you will receive a notification once your assets have been moderated. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this time."

Click on the "Review process" link for more information.

Click in the check-box to confirm you've read the information.

You can then type your message and submit.

Warning!

Adobe will reply to you with the information you already read and confirmed before sending off your question/request.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

You could contact Adobe via the contact us link on your account page; however, we've heard repeatedly that you'll just receive a canned response, and it won't help to get your asset reviewed any sooner.
