My non Ai images got rejected saying that they are missing ai generated flag

I created illustrations using a photoshop app and i submitted them as non ai images but they got rejected saying that they are missing ai generated flag 

Can anyone help me in this issue?

This has been happening to others. We've been suggesting that you resubmit the images along with a property release to indicate your assets are original images of your own making. We haven't heard back from anyone saying, "That didn't work," which suggest it should solve the issue for you.
