My photo got rejected

Hi everyone. I wanted to know why my picture got rejected. It just sent me to this page and that's all the info they gave me.

I assume the rejection reason given was 'Technical issues'?

Well, one very obvious point is that the colour balance is wrong. Way too magenta/purple! Did you use any filters? If so, don't!

The photo is very noisy and there is a purple tint in the sky. The shadows are underexposed and there is a white halo around the buildings.
