Hello. I have submitted files 12 days ago but they was not reviewed.

Can admins help me with that?

Welcome for the Community Forum. It appears to be your first visit here. While you're here, take some time to peruse the other recent posts, and you will learn that review delays are a frequent topic of discussion here. If you have submitted Generative AI assets, you can expect a very long wait, perhaps 1-2 months or even longer. Due to the huge influx of such assets, many from contributors submitting hundreds, or even thousands, at a time, the queue has grown dramatically. There's nothing you can do to hasten the process, nor can the admins here get your assets reviewed any sooner. Be patient.

Nobody can help with that, and it is not exactly an issue. Submissions get moderated in the order as received, for each moderation queue. Yours will get processed as soon as they are at the top of the queue. Currently there is a huge backlog in the illustrations queue of around 2-3 months of submissions. Other queues get moderated faster.
