Besides the watermarks, your asset has different other issues. It is important that you, indeed, first read the manuals. As Ralph mentioned, this is not a talent show, and we are not here to help you getting a good photographer, but to help you to better understand the refusals and in general the world of stock. Check YouTube for photography help before even starting to contribute.
