First, one has a strong white balance problem. In addition, there is a smear in the sky. I also assume that it is not in focus and that there are some artefacts, especially around the birds to the sky.

 

The second one is probably over exposed and has an IP issue (number plate).

 

The third one has a white balance issue, it's out of focus. If technically correct, you would likely need a model release from the guys in the boat.

Adobe give a reason, for each photo (e.g. Intellectual Property Violation, Technical issues, Artefacts...) Please tell us for each photo why they rejected, and we may be able to give you more info.

In addition to what @Abambo said, the truck also has artifacts in the grid area. 

And I believe the first photo might have underexposed a bit.
