No sé qué estoy haciendo mal. He enviado un model release tanto en formato digital como en físico, pero no me lo aceptan.
He puesto el nombre en mayúscula y la misma fecha en todas las firmas.

Perhaps because you've included your business name rather than your given name. The Artist/photographer should be you, not someone else or a business.

According to the Adobe model release instructions:
The name of the photographer needs to be the same as the Adobe Stock account holder name.
Even though you've chosen a different screen name, I assume that your real name is associated with your Adobe account.
