No Response Contributor Support WHY?

My PAYOUT button on my personal Adobe Stock Contributor Account has not worked for a while-- my current balance is $152. But I am unable to receive my payment because the PAYOUT button is not responding it just doesn't work and hasn't after many tries PLUS I am NOT receiving any reply to my emails to contributor support.

Why is support acknowledging my email? Last week they replied with a survey only but no assistance or acknowledgment of my issue!

What's going on?!

@MimiKatz,

  • Did you submit your Tax Withholding form?
  • Do you have an active PayPal, Skrill or Payoneer account to receive funds?
  • Has it been 45 days or more since your first sale?

Stock Contributor Support is in another location.  They can be reached from your Contributor Portal only and have no connection with Creative Cloud's support in India.

Stock Contributor Support: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact

Hope that helps.

By @MimiKatz

The survey was from customer support, which is not handling contributor support. If they do, they do because they absolutely want to help you, not because they are especially competent to solve contributor's problems.

Check out @Nancy OShea's post. She pointed out some critical considerations.

What is the date that you first contacted Adobe about this?

I was wondering the same thing @Jill_C was.

Two to three weeks ago.

I also called India and nice support guy escalated my issue... that was about a week or more ao

As far as I know, Contributor Support isn't able to be reached by phone.  I'm not sure who you talked with, but calling Adobe Customer Care shouldn't have worked.

I'm purely speculating here as I'm not an Adobe Employee, but from my understanding, 14+ days is normal at the moment for communication with Adobe Contributor Support.  I think they are receiving a ton of emails at the moment and it's taking a long time for emails to be seen and responded to.

I'd give it another 7 days and then send one additional follow up email.  Sending several emails only further delays the overall email system.

Feel free to check back in here in 7 days as well, and we'll see what additional advice we can give 🙂.

At the end of the day, we are fellow contributors and not Adobe employees, so there is only so much help we can offer.  Cheers!

Have you received any notice that your account has been blocked or suspended? I believe payments are suspended while the investigation is underway.

No! Of course not! I have done nothing wrong!

It doesn't matter whether you "think" you did nothing wrong. Many Contributors come here to the forum with little knowledge of the requirements for Stock and are surprised to learn that they have violated their Contributor Agreement. The grayed out payment button usually happens when an account has a validation issue. Have you ever received any payments in the past?
