Nominate your assets by October 29

Hello everyone,

I am new to AdobeStock. I have been creating content for about 8 months and have 1800+ published content.

The question on my mind is, I came across the “Nominate your assets” warning in my adobe dashboard and I approved it. But this is the first time I have encountered this situation.

My selected content is 404. Will all of this content be made available for free or will Adobe make another selection from 404 content?

Thank you for your help.

Nominating content for the FREE Collection is no guarantee of anything.  They may choose all or none of your assets.  It all depends on what they need that doesn't duplicate what they have already.

The FREE collection is curated from hundreds of assets by hundreds of Contributors in a variety of subjects.  If one or two of yours are accepted, that's lucky for you and nothing to be discouraged about.

Best of luck!

Thank you very much, everyone. I am new to Adobe and trying to learn.

Thank you very much for your good wishes. I hope most of my works will be selected 🙂

Adobe normally selects a subset of the nominated assets. By experience, you could get between 1% and 10% of your assets included into the free collection, depending on what Adobe needs to get an equilibrated free collection.

Hi @SelmanGedik ,

Your 404 nominated assets will be pooled with the others nominated. The moderators will subsequently choose what they want from the pool. A few of your assets might be selected. The number of assets selected from what each person's nominates varies depending on what they are looking for and what you have. There is the possibility that none gets selected.

The banner you see is more so a notification than a warning.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

It's not a warning - it's an invitation. You don't have to participate if you don't want to. You can nominate all the assets they've flagged, or none of them or just some of them. Once all Contributors have completed their selections for the Free Collection, Adobe will take about a month to determine which ones they will accept. The acceptance rate is quite low, so don't get too excited about the potential $$$ !  Most importantly, the accepted assets will NOT be available for additional royalties during the one year period that they are in the Free Collection.

From what I've read here in the forum, only about 10 to 15% of your nominated assets would be selected for the free collection.
