Non-compliant vector rejection

Hello,

Can I know what is the exact reason behind the rejection of my all 32 files showing the cause  no-compliment vector . I recently got "non-compliant vector" rejection in my submission. I don't really understand it but in the previous submission it was approved. I really apreciate for anyone who can explain and help me with my problem.

Hi @afsar0D44,

The first file looks familiar, the second looks original. Normally you receive a rejection requiring corrections, or request for release first, then after resubmitting without providing the required change, or release you'd get a non-compliant rejection. This is what I suggest you do. If  you did not submit releases with these vector files, resubmit with releases. I assume they are your own. You'll need to sign as owner and artist. Do that and let us know what happen.

Even though you own the artwork, did you submit a signed release with your original artwork?  Adobe can't use images (photos or vectors) without the artist's (your) permission.

rejecting my works showing the cause of non-compliant vector. They are not rejecting me for property release. I am attaching 2 design with my post. I am not seeing any default in them.i have also contacted with Adobe support but they haven't responded yet

You haven't shared any vectors yet. (You cannot attach them to an email).

Did Adobe request a property release from a prior submission of the file that was refused? If so, and you did not provide one, you will get a "non-compliant" rejection on your next submission.

    I haven't gotten any kind of that request. Then why is it showing so..
