How do I delete the images that have been rejected and did not receive approval to be included in the Adobe Stock collection? I don't want the rejected images to appear anymore.

Rejected images will remain in the "not accepted" tab forever and cannot be deleted. Presumably, they remain there to remind both you and Adobe  of previous rejections, so that you won't try to resubmit them.

No and no. Images that have been rejected are unly thumbnails. There is no need to delete them. Images submitted for approval cannot be deleted until they are approved.

Can I also delete images that are in review? How do I delete them? They have been in review for too long, and it's clear that they won't receive approval. I don't want to risk my account because of this.

Images that are in review can be deleted. You need to look right down near the filename and asset ID. It's unfortunate that they don't provide a more visible delete button.

Refused assets in that tab can't be deleted. Those are only low resolution square thumbnails. I find them useful, when checking my refusal history.
