    Quality - look at the sides of your pic:

     

    You have a loss of detail...

     

    The pixels are smudged!

     

    and here... cloning?

    Since the image was taken in bright daylight, there should be no need to apply HDR treatment. Perhaps that is what has given the image an overall blurry look.
