Not all submitted files are being reviewed.

Don't worry, you are not alone. Some people suggested before uploading again to modify the asset slightly and to change the filename. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.

Read some of the other recent posts here in the forum and you'll learn that this is a frequent complaint. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to get the Moderators to pay attention to those old images.
