I uploaded around 800 illustrations and 350 of them are approved, but I don't get a single download. Can someone review my profile and guide me about the mistakes.

400 images is not all that many. Review your keywords and titles to make sure that they are correct. Review your images to ensure that they might be in demand. Is "Charistmas" the correct spelling? Shouldnt it be "Christmas"? This should also be used in your keywords. The secrets are:

1. Your image must be found.

2. It must be of a subject that is in demand.

3. It must be of high quality.

The images with Christmas mispelled in the cake should be deleted.. No one is ever going to buy them, and if they do so accidentally, will report the quality issue to Adobe and your account might get reinspected for other quality issues:
