Hello, can you tell me, why my painting is not accepted? Is it not good enough?

Regards and thank you! Anne

Der Rand ist sicherlich der Grund für die Nicht-konforme-Datei-Ablehnung. Also kein Rand, kein Wasserzeichen und keine Unterschrift.

Thank you. I try it again, without the border. 😊

Nice effort. But it looks incomplete and overly cropped. Composition - is very important. If you had treated the same like the subject peeping in from the other side of the wall or may be a frame - trying to come out from the frame - or trying to look through a box - would have been much interesting and USABLE in a stock image site.

Thank you, all!

It was the border.

Here it is: https://stock.adobe.com/images/curious-cow/507376094. 😍

It could be the composition as @jacquelingphoto2017 mentioned, but it could also be the white frame/border around the image.  That would trigger a non-compliant rejection.  Remember with any painting of yours, you would also need to include a property release stating that you are both the artist and the photographer so that Adobe knows that you have full rights to the image.

It might be worthwhile reviewing some of these resources:

Hi @Anne-Lina ,

Nice artwork. I believe the main problem has to do with the composition. Having the entire head with all the nose horns and ears would be a better idea.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

What reason did Adobe indicate for the rejection?

The image is not conform (compliant?).
