Hola, alguien sabe si hay alguna razón por la que aún no han pagado?

If you requested payment on April 1st, today is only work day 8. The process can take up to 10 days, so you should receive payment no later than Wednesday of next week.

It's true, I forgot the was 10 working days, they just paid me tho, haha. Thank you for your time!!
