Dear Adobe Stock Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request assistance regarding a payment issue with my Adobe Stock contributor account.
I recently attempted to withdraw my earnings ($44.53) via Skrill. However, my Skrill account has been restricted, and as a result, the payment status in my Adobe Stock account now shows "Payment Error".
Since I am currently unable to access my Skrill account, I would like to know the possible solutions for retrieving my payment. Kindly let me know if:
- The payment can be refunded to my Adobe Stock balance so that I can withdraw it using a different payment method.
- There is any alternative way to receive my funds.
