Hi, I requested for the payout on 12/02/24 and it has been more than 10 days and I still not recived the payout. Also I am from Japan so I chose the the payout method Payoneer as it was avaliable but later when I search about it it says I need premium paypal account to recive payouts in Japan is it correct ?

Today is work day 8. Payment approval can take up to 10 working days, so you should expect to get feedback from Adobe by the middle of next week.

It's not 10 days it's 10 business days. There was a holiday in between. So today is the eigth day. Has the status changed to done? As long as the payment is pending, Adobe did not yet release the funds. When the status changes to done, Adobe transferred the funds and your account will get credited. If there is a problem with this, the funds will return back into your contributor account.

And yes, with PaPal you need a specific account for Japan.

But can I also recive payouts in my Payoneer account in Japan? Or they send payouts only in the Paypal in the Japan? I am worried because I use payoneer as my payout method.

You can also use Payoneer, up to my knowledge. If you can't use Payoneer, you will get your payment refused and you get refunded.

I don't know what the banking laws are in Japan. But most Asian banks require a global/business account to receive funds from outside countries.

Hope that helps.
