I applied for payment in 15 oct but it been 11 days today is 26 oct. my payment status went from "pending" to " pending for payment " what should I do

Today is work day 8. You'll be paid by the middle of next week, probably Tuesday or Wednesday.

10 - 15 business days is the customary wait time.

You will probably get paid next week (Happy Halloween).

7 to 10 BUSINESS days. Weekends, and probably the first day you requested payment, do not count.
