Hello! Payments are marked as received, but in fact they were not received. What could be the problem?

- It's been about three weeks since the withdrawal request

- Yes, the amount is less than $25, but the withdrawal option was available.

Я маю таку ж проблему. Вже вдруге намагаюся вивести гроші, пише, що оплату виконано, але на PayPal нічого не прийшло. Першого разу гроші просто повернулися назад в акаунт Adobe, а другий раз поки ще немає ні там, ні там. Думаю, знову повернуться. Чому на PayPal не йдуть, не розумію. Щось, мабуть неправильно роблю. Написала в службу підтримки Adobe. Чекаю.

Did you contact your bank (Paypal, Payoneer, Skrill) and ask them what happened?

Yes, I contacted PayPal support regarding all transactions that are pending, declined, or completed. I was told that there were no transactions from Adobe Stock.

Both payments were not received? One is over a year old. Use the "Contact Us" link on your account page to reach the Adobe Stock Contributor Support team. Choose the option for Payment, taxes and bonus program.
