Pending Payment

Question

Hello Adobe Stock team and fellow contributors,

I requested my first payout on May 12, 2025, to my PayPal account. Today marks 8 business days since the request, but the payout status is still showing as "Pending" in my dashboard.

I understand that the first payout may take longer, but I would like to confirm if this is still within the normal processing time or if there’s any issue with my account.

I would really appreciate any insights or help. Thank you in advance!

Today is only business day 7 - the clock starts the day after you submit the request. Payment isn't late yet. It could take up to 3 more days.

All payments take typically that long. It's well documented. And the payment will arrive, as soon as the status switches to “done”. If it does not arrive after that (give it a couple of days), the issue is with PayPal.

If PayPal cannot honour the payment for a reason or another, they will transfer the amount back to Adobe, and Adobe will credit your account again.
