Question

Photo got rejected for being AI Generated. No AI was used.

I upload a picture of a dog   I took this saturday on the platform and in less than 12 hours it was rejected because they claimed it was AI Generated. It wasn't, I didn't even use the Generative AI remove tool. I just cropped it adjusted the colors and added some masks for lightining. How do I contest that?

Check for quality issues. As for the rest, you will need to resubmit.

IMHO, the asset is not well composed. That's a quality issue.

I would reject it for commercial appeal. That's an own refusal reason.

If you used AI to do minor adjustments, it may be that the asset has been earmarked as a generative AI asset. Photoshop does that, also for minior changes.

You can't dispute the findings of the Moderator, but can try resubmitting it.

Thanks. Do you know why he came to this conclusion? This is the first time I got rejected for that because I only use AI to remove people and logos from my pictures and never had an issue before.

We're not sure why this has been happening, but you aren't alone. The moderators review thousands of images per day and move quickly. Sometimes they click the incorrect rejection reason.
