I am trying to get feedback on the attached photo, it was rejected and I am trying to get honest feedback to improve.

Hello,

You have a white balance problem!! 

You're missing some whites and blacks as well. You should set your white and black points. The photo needs more contrast.

As others said, a great picture, may be a little bit too much “edits”. For stock, you will need a correctly exposed asset, however. Besides that, the white balance and maybe a less prominent vignetting, you should also pay attention to artefacts like this one:

Nice shot. It would be good if you could have gotten a better depth. There is a white balance issue. Too much blue.

Too dark.  Needs more light and less blue/purple tones.

He's quite handsome, but the frame is underexposed by .5 - .75 stops. If you lift the exposure, I think this will get accepted.

I personally feel that the image is ok. The only thing I could imagine is the soft focus.
