Photos Rejected for Technical Issues

her guys I've recently started playing around with photoshop and am not sure why this was rejected I was wondering if you guys might have an idea or better yet telling me how I can improve for next time. thanks for th help

If it was originaly a photo, I would leave it as a photo. I would straighten the lines and remove the cropped building on the right side.
