picture quality moderation

Question

How it comes that same picture sent multiply times sometimes is ok and sometimes rejected? Now after rejection I'm sending same picture again three or four times ad usually it goes trough...

Submissions are evaluated by human Moderators, thus there is an inherent amount of variability in the process. However, if you continually resubmit the same image multiple times you risk getting your account blocked and your account cancelled. Moderators shouldn't have to waste their time looking at the same images over and over. This is considered spamming as indicated on this page:

"Every file you submit needs to offer something unique. Submitting multiple copies of identical or similar content can be perceived as spamming. Our moderation team will reject similar content, and spamming can lead to your account being blocked or permanently closed."
