Please reactive my account

Correct answer RALPH_L

If you would read other posts here in this forum, you would understand that we are not Adobe employees and cannot assist in getting information as to why your account has been deactivated and cannot assist in getting your account reactivated.

You are provided a link and are asked to contact Adobe. Only by doing so, will you get further information and have the chance of resolving the issue.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Adobe likely detected some suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Use of protected Brand Names.
3) Duplicate content.
4) Customer complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from 3rd parties.
5) Other violations of the Contributor Terms.

Audits can take several weeks or months to conclude. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock.  Meanwhile, work on other projects.  Submit content to other stock services.
