Sir/mam, I am facing the account login issues because of your mistake. Please do investigate because I am uploading files since 2020.In these year, I never violate any term and conditions. Today, I am facing "validation status issue". Please investigate that who created issues for me without any issues. I already emailed you in which I explained my problem. 4 days ago, I also received email from you, in that email, you said that you suspended my account due to irregular sales but I never violate any term and conditions. I never involved in this type of violation. Please ask your team to solve this problem and thank you for your these kind of services and behaviour.

Greetings!

Your account has likely been suspended for potentially violating the Contributor Terms of Use.  At this point you should contact Adobe Contributor Support using the link they provided when you attempted to log in.  Adobe will reply most likely within a few days but it could take longer, maybe even a week or two.  Make sure to watch spam and other folders, my Adobe emails get filtered to the Promotions tab of my email service.

There may be an investigation that could last several weeks.  One user reported the investigation lasted 4 weeks.

Be patient while Adobe works through the process, and be polite with any follow-up correspondence.

The members of the forum aren't employees and we aren't able to help you other than advising you to contact Adobe with the link that's been provided when you log in.  Adobe will only communicate with you about this via email.  Good luck!

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

We can not help you. We are not Adobe employees. You must wait and hope that Adobe unblocks your account.
