PNG File Rejected for Quality Issues

I posted the attached photo of a burrowing owl, which was rejected for Quality Issues.  I have posted similar photos in the past, which were rejected, and was able to repair, submit, and accepted.  This one appears to be in focus, and blank space clean.  It may be obvious, but I am at a loss...any suggestions?

The cutout work to extract the owl from the background is not well done.

Thanks to all.  I had posted several other similar files at the same time, all of which were accepted, and were noticibly better quality than this one.  I am embarrassed to say I should have seen the flaws myself.

I also get refusals, where I say: you should have seen that. That's why Adobe has moderation. To protect customers from our bad assets.

A refusal is a good thing if there are not too many.

Noisy, not exactly sharp, and you have cutout errors.

If the defects in the owl picture were corrigible, you could work to refine your cutout, but so, it is simply not worth the considerable amount of time that you would need to invest in this.

The owl is not focused and the background is not transparent.

You need to check this with photoshop, as the web viewer shows a white background.

Hi @jamesn77628587 ,

When zoomed it appears to be a bit out of focus and a little too cool. There is this bluish halo around the edge that is more pronounced around the tail. Also, the cropping is bad.

Best wishes
