png illustrations rejected for quality reasons whereas similar ones were accepted

I have made quite a few rubber stamp text effect illustrations (png), all of them made from the same pattern, high resolution (6 900 X 3 400 px, 300 ppi). Some of the accepted ones were even of slightly lower quality than these two. I made some in english and in french. (these are in french (officiel)). The ones in french have been rejected whereas they are of the same quality as all the accepted ones (many of them), even better because I vectorized them before saving them, like I did with servral accepted ones.

I do not get it. Why would the other ones be accepted and these two not ? I made them a second time from scratch to be sure they were OK.  Some of the accepted ones are even of slightly lower quality.

???

Yes, I understand that it's an intended part of the effect; however Moderators are moving fast, probably not really reading titles and keywords, and deciding in seconds whether to accept or reject.

So I published them again and they were accepted at my third attempt. You were right. Thank you

The PPI value is irrelevant.

Were the refusals “Quality Issues” or “Similar Image(s) Already Submitted”?

I suppose you deleted the attached asset. If you did so, it would be great to mark your modified post, so that the historic can be understood.

Something like: “I deleted the originally attached file to protect my IP.” would be great.

Hi @nathalie4541

There are areas outside the scope of the characters and border that need cleaning up. The same is true for the second image.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

Hi, Thank you for your response. The irregular edges are made by hand on purpose... It is a grunge or misprinted effect

Sometimes things that are done deliberately are still considered mistakes. Keep that in mind. I won't say that it is the case with your asset, however.

Probably reviewed by different Moderators. I suppose that they're trained to evaluate the edge cutout quality of transparent PNG's. If they did so with these images, without regard to the fact that the images are emulating an old worn rubber stamp, they would reject.

Thank you for your response. You might well have found out the reason why some are accepted and those ones are not. But isn't it obvious that there is an worn out effect on this text? I even call it "misprinted" or "grunge" effect. I describe it in the title.

Have a nice day.

The resolution does not matter. I think the rough edges are the problem with transparent backgrounds.

HI. Thanks for your response. After my third attempt, they were accepted. I am relieved. The rough edges are made on purpose actually.
