It's easy to lighten the underexposed areas in Lightroom Classic; however doing so then reveals that there is a significant amount of noise in the dark areas, so you'll need to apply noise reduction also.

      Too dark. Look at the histogram.

      I would lighten the dark areas a bit and upload it again.
