Problemas con La tarjeta de ID

No puedo subir imágenes como contribuidor en AdobeStock. Me sale el siguiente mensaje "Tu tarjeta de ID ha sido rechazada. Envía otra antes de continuar" alguien sabe porque? O que puedo hacer?

I don't know why your ID card is rejected.  Did you submit a valid JPG file?  Did you try submitting your ID again from your Contributor's panel?

Hi @FigueroaC ,

Your ID will not upload if the photograph is not clear. It might not upload if the exp. date is not current, or if it does not show to be a valid government issued ID. If all the above criteria is met, please contact Adobe for assistance using the link @Nancy OShea gave you or the contact information on the same page you're trying to upload your ID from.
