The contrast is not good, the exposure could be better and the picture is not sharp. In addition, this asset would also have gotten an IP refusal, as there are countless logos visible in the image.

I wonder if the many different verticals were also a reason for refusal, and whether this could be resolved in camera or only in post?

There is probably a lot to refuse here. Looking from my PC, I would also like to add the framing that is not good.
