Me rechazaron estas fotografias por problemas técnicos quiero saber cuales son esos problemas.
If you solve the technical problems for the train you will also need
1. A model release from the man on the platform.
2. An IP release from the train company for permission to use their logo, train, and station to make money, including advertising any product.
3. Perhaps also an IP release from the train manufacturer.
For the second you would need an IP release from the artist who created the design on the cup, to allow you to make money by selling their art.
Train: Besides the IP related problems (train number, train company logo, at least 2 persons recognizable, train station release) as named by @Test Screen Name, you have technical problems like low contrast, noise, bad framing (crop out the person to the right) and missing perspective correction. You see the washed out colours, especially in the back, where your camera probably tried a fake DOF.
You will also need to correct the white balance.
Mug: goes hill down, is not sharp, noisy and miss

Mug: goes hill down, is not sharp, noisy and misses contrast. It is very probable that you will need a property release for the iconic design of the mug. The white balance is also incorrect. You see the noise and out of focus clearly at 100%.
In addition, there is a disturbing pixel error/dust particle on the first brush.
