Envié más de 5 imágenes a varias agencias, entre ellas de Premium y aceptaron, y acá dicen problemas técnicos, pero no dicen cuáles. Creo que revisan robots...

exactly why I entered the forum, they do not give reasons, technical
problems is a very broad topic, they should be more specific.
Thank you.

Hi @arangocata ,

The procedure is to give a rejection reason and two link options - one for self-help and the other link you are specifically instructed to post you image for constructive feedback. This is the procedure adopted by Adobe for efficiency. When you post your image here and tell us the rejection is for Technical Issue, or Technical rejection or how ever you want to phrase it with "Technical" we know exactly what to look for. In this way we are able to help you, but you must first follow the rejection instruction to post your picture here. That is the procedure for you to get details of what is wrong with your picture.

Best wishes

...but if you do not share the visual, we need to consult our crystal ball. Unfortunately, mine is in maintenance.

To counter some myths:

  • Real humans are checking the assets.
  • They sometimes make errors, but most of the time they are correct.
  • The refusal reason is as specific as you can do, when you choose between a limited number of predefined refusal reasons because of efficiency.
  • After a while, you get used to interpreting the refusals. Look at your pictures at 100 and 200%, and you will see the faults.

Adobe Stock customers expect the highest visual and technical quality for use in their own projects. Read the links below.

If you care to post your rejected image here for us to see, we'll be happy to give you some feedback.  Otherwise, we don't know what you submitted or why it was rejected.  We don't work for Adobe.
