The procedure is to give a rejection reason and two link options - one for self-help and the other link you are specifically instructed to post you image for constructive feedback. This is the procedure adopted by Adobe for efficiency. When you post your image here and tell us the rejection is for Technical Issue, or Technical rejection or how ever you want to phrase it with "Technical" we know exactly what to look for. In this way we are able to help you, but you must first follow the rejection instruction to post your picture here. That is the procedure for you to get details of what is wrong with your picture.
