Property release for illustration created from a reference photo?

How do I fill out property release for for illustration created from a reference photo? The photo is mine and it is the ocean coastline with just ocean and rocks. The property release form asks for owner's name, but I do not own that part of the coast. What should I do?

It's likely the release is needed to confirm you have the right to sell the artwork. This is often the case with paintings. You will need to fill out the release with yourself listed as both the contributor and the property owner.
