Hi! I just want to know if I can use (here in Adobe) the same Property Release I created from other stock website? Thanks

Yes, you may use Property Release forms from other sources / sites as long as they have all of the information that Adobe Stock requires.  Take a look at the link below to make sure your release form complies.
