It's very simple:

Fake people = A Property Release signed by you as creator of the original artwork or Generative AI Illustration.

Sculpture, Artwork, Landmark or Commercial building = A Property Release signed by the legal owner.

Real people = A Model release signed by the model or humans depicted in the image.
