Correct answer stevejames5091

Overall it looks good, but if seen from the viewer's view, it seems like something is missing, just like as you can see the wallet seems okay but the dashed lines make an appearance like something is missing in the icon, same goes with the one next to it. The symmetry issue in the gift box, and the other overlapping issues as mentioned by other member commenting here.

So, I advise you to carefully follow the guidelines as provided :https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/vector-requirements.html because you can see that overlapping is not allowed. So these might be the issues in your design

Did you read the submission requirements for Vectors, and more specifically, Icon Sheets?

Thanks for your tip.
Yes, I read everything on these links. But I don't see any errors. If you see a reason for the refusal, please let me know.

@oleschwander did show you some of the errors, but there are more. At a first sight, I detected this:

I'm currently using my iPad, so I have limited options to examine the asset in full, but I suppose that as soon I open the asset in Illustrator on my PC, I will see much more errors. You should have a critical eye on your asset and check icon per icon for iregularities like the ones @oleschwander showed you, or the one I picked out. ONE error will be enough to refuse the asset.

No, looks good - I can only see one flaw here. And the bag

is the only one with straight end - but that should not be a rejection reason.
