I need help with my content because every time I upload photos they tell me that I have quality problems, the quality is excellent because of a group of 3 photos they accept 1 or 2, what should I do? I have 1800 rejected photos that could have been sales.

when I hear 1800 rejected images (not photos) then I think I know what the problem is. You need to take the time to control and edit your images. If you load two or three images up here, we can probably point out what you need to look for.

If 1800 were rejected for quality, well, that should tell you something right there. I doubt you are missing any possible sales.

Look at the necklace in the headphones photo. It's not complete. Remove it entirely. The ears look weird in the second photo. Hide them behind the mask.

Adobe is being VERY strict about AI these days. Consider every detail in you submissions.

Also, look at the pupils of the nurse. At least the one on the left is not completely round.

AI is easy. But it's also very hard. If you aren't spending a minimum of 30 minutes to 2.5 or even 3 hours editing an AI image, you're submissions will continue to be rejected.

Just controlling the first image I see at least three erors that would cause a rejection.

On the left side, look where the hair goes over the headphone band. It is deformed.

Look at the screw on the left side, it is also deformed.

And as @daniellei4510 said, the necklace is not finished.

In the first image the headphones are not symmetrical - the left side is designed differently than the right.

In the second image, the eyes are not well drawn. In particular the dark brown line just above the lower lashes in the eye on the right side.

Look at the gold necklace fading into nothing in the first/pink photo. I see other errors too, lots of blurriness and incorrect shadows, mismatched pupils, etc.

If these are indicative of your other work, then yes, it's rejected for good reason.

I also sell a lot of AI stuff. I generally go through about 150 rejections for every one I keep, and that's only after a lot of Photoshop cleanup.

Doesn't matter. Adobe's requirements and quality standards are higher and more strict than other Stock sights. It is their job to protect buyers from less than perfect assets. And the contributors, too, for that matter. If buyers complain, that doesn't bode well for the contributor if it happens too often.

You cannot assume that the assets do not have quality issues just because they were accepted elsewhere. Adobe Stock is known for having higher quality standards than other stock sites. The quality issues have been pointed out to you above; but if you can't acknowledge that they are issues and you continue to submit similar assets, your high rejection rate will continue.

We can't be of help unless you can post 2 or 3 of the images that were rejected. Please post them at the size submitted and we will do our best to help you.

Not the mask. I meant the hair cap. Also, images such as these have more commercial value it you allow room for copy. Use generative fill.

only in adobe is that they reject the photos and some of them, but in freepik the rejection is null, they all accept them, so it is not because of quality.

Well, you should contribute to Freepik and not Adobe stock. Adobe is master in its own house, and it's clearly and absolutely a question of quality. If Freepik accepts those two pictures, that's their decision. As a buyer, I would go through the roof for lost time and work with those assets. They are good for small pictures on a website. But not in printed ads and on a billboard.

Sorry, but I would be ashamed to sell you this:

Besides the fact that the most obvious in portraits are the eyes. The eyes are not correct in both pictures.

It's not unheard of; however without seeing what you've submitted, no one here can provide an opinion. Upload a few of your rejected images here and the community members will evaluate and advise possible reasons for rejection.

Quoting makes responses much clearer. But anyway, this is a public forum and anyone can answer any post, as long as they stay in the limits of what is allowed on these fora.

Sorry. I used the "reply" button but it doesn't re-copy the responses automatically

And I wanted to specify only that my question was about this statement written by  Moe Hong':." about 150 rejections for every one I keep".

I wanted to ask if there were a mistake in it... or if it is possible (150 rejection for 1 image acceped as Moe Hong wrote)

I've not said that other people can not answer my question.

Sorry I don't speak English very well.

For quoting use the " in the toolbar and delete what you do not need. You can also use the @-character to address a specific person. If that person participated in the thread, they get proposed in a list. You only need to select the correct one. In some cases, not all get proposed. You will need then to write the name until the correct one comes up. You always need to select them from the list, even if they are the only one.

I do not know about @moe hong 's background, but I understood his message so, that they select one out of 150 candidates for submission. So it's their internal rejection.

If the assets are bad, yes. There is no right to have assets accepted.

if in total there are 1800 photos because they don't reject them instantly but after 1 or 2 weeks, but of that same style they accept 1 or 3, but not others. it's something strange. what I see is that they accept more IA photos of comics or illustration style.
