QUALITY ISSUES

Hello Team,

I have personally created all the images myself, ensuring their high quality. I have submitted a total of 35 images, encompassing six distinct types. However, I received rejections for all of them due to what seemed to be quality issues. I am genuinely perplexed as to what might be causing these problems with my images. I assure you that they were all created manually, without the assistance of any AI. Furthermore, I have uploaded them in the highest possible quality and adhered to all required formats. I kindly request that you thoroughly review the images and provide assistance regarding this matter.

Thank You

Jaydip

Hello,

Sorry to burst your bubble,  but with all due respect, these images are simply not up to the standard of Adobe. The colours don't blend together in a uniform way. The colour combinations don't fit together very well. There is banding in the green/blue with a square, and the last grey is noisy and too simplistic.

You may have ensured their high quality, but they do not seem to be so.

Have a read of this. It's a brief guide on quality:

and Artist hub:

Remember, quality also includes composition!

You should check the banding in your gradiants.

I wouldn't do this normally (and I won't submit this to my Adobe Stock account), but you were adament about these images not being created using AI. So I took one of your images and submitted it to an AI program using the "describe" function and this was one of the results. This is what photographers and designers alike are up against these days, not including buyers who want nothing to do with (understandably) AI. I'm certainly not saying you need to jump on the AI bandwagon, but you do need to think beyond what AI can do. Show artificial intelligence that REAL intelligence will still win out in the end.

You are not addressing Adobe employees in this Community forum, and there is no avenue for you to dispute the findings of the Moderators. However, Adobe has provided this forum for you to obtain the opinions of other successful Stock Contributors. As @jacquelingphoto2017  suggested, upload a few here and we'll look at them.

Hi @responsible_Sunshine5D89 ,

Sorry to hear about your refusals. Because the community is not monitored by Adobe staff, we are unable to access your account. Therefore we are requesting that you upload about 3 of your rejected files here for us to review them and assist you in finding the errors.

Best wishes

The first image has jagged, unsmooth lines throughout the design.

The second image has a thin white border at the bottom.

I think the 3rd and 4th images are just too simplistic; it seems that a graphic designer with even a minimal skill level would be able to create these. The 4th one, in particular just looks like digital noise...
