The attached photo is not being accepted. What quality issues could it have? It is deliberately set as dark. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.

You have chromatic aberration and noise in the picture. The exposure time was too long, so the stars are small streaks instead of points. That doesn't look very good. The picture is missing contrast.

Exposure-wise, the Histogram shows no issues. But deliberately dark or not, I would still open up the shadows and the blacks to get more detail out of the mountain, which won't change the actual exposure. I'd brighten up the building as well.

The building is leaning, and the entire image is so dark that it's difficult to determine whether sharp focus was achieved.
