Quality of the Image – What Exactly Is Meant?

Hello, I have a question regarding file ID: 1084195045
Original name: openart-e8ecb8bd0dc240478c266b7a5ee6f5a4_raw.png and jpg, issue with quality. I don’t understand where the issue lies. Is it about the quality of the background part of the depicted Hussite camp, or is it the type of images you don’t accept? This is not purely AI-generated; I spent over 4 hours correcting AI errors and refining the image based on historical information. Therefore, especially with this one, I’d like to know where the real issue is. Could I get a response

from someone at Adobe Stock?

PS: The fact that some wagons are damaged is partially intentional in the context of history. They were warriors who emerged victorious from battles, but of course, not without losses and damaged equipment. I will make it cleaner and more realistic, but elements like partially or completely broken wagon wheels are somewhat part of the setting.

If they are brocken, they need to apear broken. Your's look like badly rendered. There is a difference between both situations.

I was going to comment, but I got caught up looking for Waldo. 🙂

Anyway, conceptually, this is a nice composition and quite unique, but I agree with the previous comments.

As a side note: the file-id and the original filename are of no value for us. We only need to see the original asset as submitted.

Your picture is full of quality issues, so the question is not what is the issue, but what element does not have an issue.

  • The image is not sharp.
  • The colours are washed out.
  • Details are illogical:

  • The geometry is incorrect:

  • You have a black border:

  • Incorrect sizes:

Any of these issues would have triggered the refusal. The time spent to correcting the issues in this picture is ill spent. This picture is basically not acceptable to Adobe stock. And I do not see a path to acceptance.

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum, and they will not respond. Even if you send a direct message to Contributor Support, they will not respond on queries related to rejected assets, because surely if they did so, everyone wouldn't want a second opinion on their rejects!

There are a lot of indistinct, blurred details and drawing errors in this image. I have indicated just a few below.

@Jill_C did not mark all errors. This asset cannot be corrected up to a point that it gets acceptable. You would need to redo it.

But I agree with @daniellei4510, it is one of the best concepts that I've seen so far with generative AI, and definitely, there are no may of those in the database. But the trouble is, that generative AI makes errors, and that there are more errors in complex scenes than simple ones.  One of the carriages alone would be very demanding for generative AI, but having about 20 or more in a scene means that you have 20 or more possible sources for errors, some the same, some different.
