Quality standard

Your picture is overexposed. There are no blacks and part of the shadows in the histogram are missing (left).

Your lens loses focus at the corners, which is not great. You see that with that rocky structure (screenshot is not at 100%, you need to check your image at 100% to see the failing sharpness):

a) is still quite OK,

b) is blurry.

If you can correct the exposure (as long as you have access to the raw file, that could be possible), tweak the noise and carefully sharpen the image, you may be lucky to get this asset through.

This is your picture at 100% - how Adobe's reviewers (and customers) will check it. What I see is that the rocks are not sharp, it's blurred (out of focus, lens quality, movement blur, excessive compression or post processing, or use of forbidden techniques such as upscaling). Also I personally would say parts seem overexposed. I wonder if these are not rocks at all, but salt flats, very difficult to photograph well. Still, edges are not sharp.
