Query Regarding Uploading JPG and PNG Files

Hello everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I am looking to upload images with a transparent background. Could you please guide me on the process for uploading JPEG and PNG files? Should these files be uploaded separately or should they be zipped together?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,

Correct answer Abambo

You upload the PNG with the transparency and Adobe creates the JPEG on the fly. Do not upload PNG files with no transparency, upload a high quality JPEG instead.

Use PNG only for transparency.

On this help page:

Requirements for submitting PNG files with transparent backgrounds to Adobe Stock

it's stated specifically:

Don’t: Submit identical files, one as a PNG and one as a JPEG.
