"Something Went Wrong Please Try Again error message Firefly

Hi all - I keep getting "Something went wrong - Please Try Again Later" when using Firefly to generate a video from a still image. It was working fine (slow, but fine) and then suddenly nothing is generating.

Things I have done that have not helped

- Signed out and back In

- Cleared caches and cookies

- Switched browser

- Used Incognito window

My account has unlimited generations so no restrictions there.

Anyone else faced this???

This has only happened to me when I mistakenly uploaded an image file that was too large (24x13.5 @300 ppi for example.). Just a possibility.

I'm confused, what has Firefly got to do with Stock Contributors?

Should this post be moved to Firefly?
