Reason for rejection

Original photo captured on Mamiya 645. Aperture f16. Tripod and cable release used.  Not sure why images were rejected.  Any suggestions.

White balance is the obvious issue in both.

Looks like technical issues on both. 

Neither are adequately lit and as @Jill_C said, the white balance is not neutral.  See this link about white balance.

Yes. Photo was taken in the shade.  Guess I'll have to warm it up a bit.
